Our Story

Noir Property Club started with a decision.

Manny began his career in recruitment. Good salary. Corporate title. The kind of job people say you should be grateful for. But like so many, he realised something that most people avoid admitting out loud:

A 9–5 can pay you well - but it will never buy you freedom.

While others chased promotions, Manny started studying something different,
the game of leverage. At the same time, his brother Gurj felt the same pull.
No inheritance. Just two brothers from Handsworth who refused to accept that life should be lived in exchange for a payslip.

The began with discipline, network-building, and an obsession with learning how money really moves.

They built their way into property.
Flip after flip. Lesson after lesson. Sleepless nights, rejected offers, strategy refined again and again.

Fast forward:
Over £24 million in property traded.
By moving with precision while others stood still.

And now?
Noir Property Club exists for one reason:

I’m Manny - a former retail assistant, gym instructor, and recruitment consultant who turned ambition into action.

Now a property entrepreneur, I’m proof that your grind can become your greatness.

My mission is to empower a generation to act now - because risk is always better than regret.

Gurjit Shergill

I’m Gurj, passionate about the gym, great food, and living life on my own terms. I started out in retail, working my way up from the shop floor to leading sales and marketing teams. Those years taught me a lot about hard work, growth, and the power of mindset.

Five years ago I entered the property world and it completely changed my life. It gave me freedom, purpose, and a new way to look at what’s possible.

Now, I help others make their own breakthroughs, to realise their potential, build freedom, and create a life that feels theirs.
